The 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid has seven trims: the LE, XLE, XLE Premium, Woodland Edition, SE, XSE, and Limited. Power flows through an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission, while a nickel-metal hydride battery pack stores electrical energy.
